Sushi

Avocado. I sliced two ripe avocados and this is what they looked like. One mushy and one firm. The firmer one tasted better to me.
This is a small $5 rice cooker my mom bought for me two years ago. It is the perfect size for 2-3 people. I highly recommend these types of rice cookers.

Basic toasted nori for rolling sushi rice.
I go ahead and use fake crab, spicy sauce, and mayonnaise for some of the sushi rolls.I usually add alvacado to most sushi rolls.



The finished product under saran wrap. Simply slice into 10 pieces and enjoy! Yummm...just add soy sauce and wasabi.
